This is a branding project created as part of a conceptual creativity course. It’s important to note that this is not a real event but rather a thought exercise carried out with curiosity and a desire to learn.
The story
On October 7, 2023, 1,144 Israeli and foreign civilians were killed, and around 250 people were abducted to Gaza, with some still held captive. The ongoing emergency brings intense emotions—stress, anxiety, and uncertainty—affecting both adults and children.
As the war unfolds, tens of thousands of families, including many children, have been displaced from their homes near Israel’s borders, facing an upheaval in their daily lives.

The Challenge
To ease the difficult reality faced by displaced children and their families, the brand "Let Us Grow in Peace" was established, organizing various events, including a collective birthday celebration for the children from the Gaza border area, who have endured traumatic experiences. The goal was to create a space of light and hope, offering them a chance to experience the simplicity of childhood and a moment to let go. The event aimed to provide children with an opportunity for release and joy, where they could simply be themselves.
The branding aims to tell a story rooted in nature, simplicity, and the nurturing qualities of the earth. Its uniqueness lies in its ability to resonate with both children and adults, conveying its message clearly and simply, without the need for unnecessary words.

INSPO
Color pallate
The color palette was inspired by the song "Peas and Carrots" and reflects the essence of the Israeli landscape. The green tones evoke the peace and serenity of nature, while the contrasting oranges symbolize ripe produce, growth, and abundance. These natural colors remind us that even in difficult times, there is always space for renewal and growth.

The logo
The chosen logo is a logotype featuring the "Kartiv" font in Black weight. This font is a modern revival of a cursive style from the 1960s, originally inspired by Israel's first ice pop brand.
The font bridges generations, appealing to the younger crowd while nodding to the nostalgia of older audiences, evoking the essence of simple, classic Israeli culture. Its dynamic typography reflects smiles and playfulness, reinforcing the values of the event.
The tagline, set in the rounded EditorSans font, complements the logo’s dynamic composition, creating a cohesive and engaging design.
